Rays Up Dummy — Pre-Orders, Cancellations & Returns

The Rays Up Dummy is offered as a pre-order while our initial production and fulfillment are being completed.

Pre-Order Cancellations: Customers may cancel their pre-order within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 calendar days, cancellations made before the order has entered final fulfillment are subject to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. This fee helps cover payment processing, manufacturing commitments, materials, and other costs incurred in preparing your order.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy below.

Returns After Delivery: Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a standard return, the Rays Up Dummy must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Priority Air Delivery: Customers who select Priority Air Delivery are paying for their unit to be included in an earlier air-freight shipment from our manufacturer. Priority Air Delivery charges are refundable if the entire order is cancelled before the Priority Air Delivery charge has been committed or incurred by Rays Up Wrestling LLC. After that point, expedited shipping charges that have already been committed or incurred are non-refundable. Priority Air Delivery provides earlier fulfillment but does not guarantee an exact delivery date.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your Rays Up Dummy arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly at contact@raysupwrestling.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, replacement parts, or another appropriate resolution. Eligible manufacturing defects are also covered under the product’s 1-year limited warranty.

If We Cannot Fulfill Your Order: If Rays Up Wrestling LLC is unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a refund of amounts paid for the unfulfilled order.
