Once you download or access a digital product, we generally cannot accept refunds since the material is delivered instantly. If you encounter technical issues or did not receive your product, please contact us within 30 days at contact@raysupwrestling.com, and we’ll assist accordingly.
Physical Products / Gear:
If you purchase gear and are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.Items need to be in their original packaging and unopened. Shipping costs for returns may be your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or replace it as appropriate.
How to Make a Return:
Email us at contact@raysupwrestling.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant. We will review your request and provide instructions.
Non-returnable Items:
Custom or personalized gear, clearance/sale items, or digital downloads once accessed may not qualify for return or refund, unless otherwise stated.
